Operating initially from bases in India and staging through bases in China, 20 AF conducted strategic bombardment of the Japanese Home Islands. The Twentieth Air Force commander is also the Commander, Task Force 214 (TF 214), which provides alert ICBMs to the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).Įstablished on 4 April 1944 at Washington D.C, 20 AF was a United States Army Air Forces combat air force deployed to the Pacific Theater of World War II. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.Ģ0 AF's primary mission is Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) operations. I've heard that the beginning of the game is relatively friendly to F2P and that the issues are in the competitive end-game, so.I guess I'll just have to reach that point to truly experience it.The Twentieth Air Force (Air Forces Strategic) ( 20th AF) is a numbered air force of the United States Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). There's nothing quite like first-hand experience, so I've got the game set up as a purely F2P player on my private device. Regarding the P2W stuff, I've not been here long and have heard that quite a lot so I'm doing my own research into how things go. There are a lot of variables and 'what ifs' involved in that line of thinking of course, but a decision had to be made with some information.

I know that many be hard to believe, but in my time working as a CM, I've seen games die out for exactly that reason.

If they focused on letting PC catch up, there was a large (statistical) chance that the game would die due to the lack of content. The decision to focus on mobile was probably the best one as it allowed the game to continue development with expanding the feature on 1 platform. Essentially the team back then was put in a loose-loose situation. BUT, then if mobile went forward, the PC version would not really be able to compete well with the mobile players. The choices set in front of the team was either dramatically slow down the development of the game (to let PC catch up) or to try and push forward with the mobile. For many reasons, back then the devs were much much faster at creating content for the mobile version, to the point that the PC version was left in the dust. Ultimately it came down to development times. Though, I can see the statistics to back up what was said. Right now, as well as reddit, I'm working on the MW2 Twitter account so I'm looking for some ways to get the small Twitter community engaged with us here as well!įor the PC/Mobile debate, I can only really say what was said by people before me (as I had no role with the game when these decisions were made). Just a note - I am not making any promises of being able to change anything quickly, however, I will always do my best to be a voice for you - the community! As well as working as a Community Manager, I am a gamer (mobile and PC) so I do know what it is like to be a mobile gamer/player of F2P games. Work on some extra schemes that should hopefully help you all out! Organize some special events for this subreddit - if you have any requests for events, please do let me know here Pass on your thoughts to the rest of the team and when/if I get any feedback I'll share it with you Talk to as many of you here as possible, hear you out on what you like and dislike

#MUSHROOM WARS 2 KLOTZ MOD#
The lead mod of this community, u/glumpbumpin was kind enough to grant me mod access here (after verifying who I am and that I do work with MW2) so that I could be seen as authentically from MW2 and also help with a bit of the setup (visuals and so). I've been specifically assigned to help with the engagement in the MW2 communities outside of Discord (as Discord tends to be the main hub it already has a lot of focus from the Community Management team). I'd like to make a quick introduction to you all, I am the Mushroom General, a new member of the Mushroom Wars 2 team.
